Shipping Policy
At Double Denim, we offer free shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, we charge a flat rate of $10. We use eco-friendly packaging to reduce our carbon footprint. We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase.

All orders are dispatched via Aramex and require a signature on arrival. Please note, shipping times are in addition to dispatch times. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship NZ wide. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Double Denim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days for a store exchange (excluding postage). All items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Full refunds are only offered in accordance with the Consumers Guarantee Act.
